Menu
Our menu is updated daily, based on the current growing season and what we have harvested from our garden during that given week. Our farm is located just seven miles from our restaurant, ensuring that ingredients are always fresh and sustainable. The climate and changing seasons play a major role in what we serve.
It is our intention to always provide a variety of menu options and to accommodate any dietary needs.

About
Ronin features family farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in Downtown Bryan, our restaurant shares an open-air kitchen with our dining room, floor to ceiling exposed brick, and hand-built, suspension tables made using wood salvaged during renovation from the original office flooring.
Special Events
We would love to host your private party, event, graduation celebration, wedding, and more within our main dining room, bar area, and private secondary dining room, as well as throughout the historic Ice House.

Communal & Traditional Seating
Since beginning our farm’s Full Moon Dinners, we have had our guests seated at long, hand built tables. This style of seating encourages people to make new friends, discuss the food, and to feel part of something larger. We’ve brought the communal table concept to our restaurant, with two, functional suspension tables!
If you are looking for more intimate surroundings, we also offer traditional seating options in our bar and secondary dining room. Kindly make a note of this preference on your reservation.
Beverage Program
We have built an innovative beverage program featuring interesting and unusual offerings which are aligned with our philosophies on food - emphasis on small production, organic, biodynamic offerings of the season. While these can be paired with our food, we are also happy to serve our guests before and after dinner in our bar area. We hope you will be as delighted as we are with our selections, and maybe even explore something new.
