Flower Moon Dinner
May 17th, 2025
Join us with May's Full Moon for a nine course tasting menu based on seasonal ingredients from our gardens and local farms. The gate will open at 6:00, we will take a tour of our property at 6:30, and dinner will be served promptly at 7:00. The first portion of the meal will be served in the forest space located next to the barn we converted into a commercial kitchen. Then, you will be guided down a candlelit path to our garden, where dessert and coffee will be served as the moon rises.
We are a BYO establishment, and invite you to bring along that which suits your tastes. We offer retail sales at 20% off of our Restaurant's wine list, and we would love to see you stop into the restaurant on your way to the farm to pick up specialty, not-found-anywhere-else fermentables.
The menu with pairing recommendations will be announced the week of the dinner, based on what is available from local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.
Dinner will be held rain or shine. If there is rain, dinner will be served in one of the barns on the property. Closed toed shoes recommended. Dress is comfortable and casual; consider the weather of the current season.

Well folks, it's time to throw a party. We're a month or so away from our last service at The Restaurant. Mark your calendars, and make plans to join us in celebrating our beloved Ronin Restaurant, as we bid farewell to our Historic Downtown Bryan space after 7 wild and wonderful years.
This event will be Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Restaurant.
Featuring: We will have custom chain stitching by Double Vision, kids activities, live music, photo booth and more. Entry for kids 3 & under is free.
Food & Beverages: Tickets include two drink tickets (one cocktail & one beer/wine) and hors d'œuvres.
Dress: Wear your brightest Western Attire to send the Restaurant out in style! Hats and boots encouraged.
The last week of regular Dinner service will be May 20-May 23, open every day from 5-9pm. More info about the future of Ronin coming very soon.

Based on feedback from the fall classes, this season will have more of a deep dive/lecture style format. Led by our bar manager, you will be guided through a tasting experience and discuss history, recipes, tasting notes and more.
