They will discuss how ingredients within the meal were raised and prepared. Our Beverage Director, Aaron, will be pairing wines that compliment each dish. You can expect light, aromatic whites and youthful, elegant reds.

We are pulling up our suspension tables in the restaurant and opening up our space for a Yoga Class with Danielle Soucy, RYT. This class is suited for beginners and advanced students alike! We will focus on form and alignment, and introduce yoga terms so you will leave class feeling confident in your practice both in studios and at home. 

After class, enjoy a complimentary mimosa or juice. Cheeses and pastries will be availabe for purchase, made with vegetables grown with love on our very own Farm about 10 minutes from the Restaraunt. We will also have brunch cocktails and our wide selection of boutique wine, vermouth and sherry, sourced from estate grown wineries following similar sustainable farming practices as our own.

Join us for a five-course dinner with wine pairings, inspired by seasonal ingredients harvested from our garden and local farms. Kindly plan to arrive around 6:15pm, as dinner service will begin at 6:30pm. Guests will be guided through each course by our Director of Farm Operations, Corey and Executive Chef Brian. They will discuss how ingredients within the meal were raised and prepared. Our Beverage Director, Aaron, will be pairing wines that compliment each dish. You can expect light, aromatic whites and youthful, elegant reds. 

This will be a unique chance to experience the food right along side the folks that raised it. The menu with pairings will be announced the week of the dinner, based on what is available from local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.

Please pass along any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Also, if you are attending with a group but made reservations separately, kindly let us know so we are able to better accommodate.

Preview Party & Open House

Join us in Historic Downtown Bryan on December 8, 2017 from 5:00p-9:00p for a Preview Party & Open House! We will be giving guided tours of the Ice House on Main, as well as our restaurant. The construction in our space is almost finished, but we wanted to share how far the building has come with you! The event spaces within the Ice House are already open, which is where the festivities will take place. Our restaurant will open at the beginning of 2018!

There will be activities for all in the banquet hall of the building, including a cash bar, hors d'œuvres, a photobooth, kids crafts, photobooth, giveaways, and more! The City of Bryan will also be presenting their Christmas Parade of Lights! 

This is a *free event* open to all, kindly let us know if you plan to attend so we are able to plan accordingly.

It will be a joyful night in Downtown and we hope to see you there!
