Summer Dinner Series

Join us for a five-course dinner with wine pairings, inspired by seasonal ingredients harvested from our garden and local farms. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Guests will be guided through each course by Chef Brian, and our Beverage Director, Aaron, will be pairing a wine that compliments each dish. You can expect light, aromatic whites and youthful, elegant reds.
The menu with pairings will be announced the week of the dinner, based on what is available from local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.
Please pass along any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Also, if you are attending with a group but made reservations separately, kindly let us know so we are able to better accommodate.
