Wine Maker Dinner

October 25

Join us with winemaker Giovanni Correggia, for a five-course dinner with wine pairings, inspired by Matteo Correggia wines and seasonal ingredients harvested from our garden and local farms. Kindly plan to arrive around 6:15pm, as dinner service will begin at 6:30pm. Guests will be guided through each course by our special guest who will discuss the wine pairings and how the Corregia family grow and produce wines that embody the character and culture of the Roero region. With soil rich in fossils and shells, this land whispers of a time when it was once a seabed, now producing elegant, fragrant and intense wines.

This will be a unique chance to experience these wines right alongside one of the Carreggia family members that has a hand in the process from beginning to end. The menu with pairings will be announced the week of the dinner, based on what is available from local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.

Please pass along any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Also, if you are attending with a group but made reservations separately, kindly let us know so we are able to better accommodate.

If you have any further questions or concerns, we are glad to assist. We look forward to visiting with you!
