Farmer Dinner Series

Join us at our Restaurant for a five-course dinner with wine pairings, inspired by seasonal ingredients harvested from our garden and local farms. Kindly plan to arrive around 6:15pm, as dinner service will begin at 6:30pm. Guests will be guided through each course by our Director of Farm Operations, Corey, and Executive Chef Brian. They will discuss how ingredients within the meal were raised and prepared. Our Beverage Director, Aaron, will be pairing wines that compliment each dish. You can expect light, aromatic whites and youthful, elegant reds.
This will be a unique chance to experience the food right along side the folks that raised it. The menu with pairings will be announced the week of the dinner, based on what is available from local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.
Please pass along any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Also, if you are attending with a group but made reservations separately, kindly let us know so we are able to better accommodate.
