Cooking Class + Meal at our Restaurant

The Breakdown will be from 3:30-5pm and dinner will be from 5-6pm
Our partnership with the Texas Parks of Wildlife Foundation's, Stewards of the Wild, has led us to provide this informational two part series. One of our owners and Executive Chef Brian presents the breakdown of an entire fish in this first class. This Fish Breakdown will be approximately 1.5 hours, followed by the cooking and serving of this meal.
This tickets includes: the informational breakdown of an entire fish, the meal served from this fish, and an alcoholic beverage of your choice. The Breakdown will be from 3:30-5pm and dinner will be from 5-6pm.

The second part to this series will be on Sunday, April 2nd! This class will include the breakdown of an entire Hog and a meal served from this animal. This class will be held at our Farm instead of our Restaurant.
