Cooking Class + Meal at our Farm

Our partnership with the Texas Parks of Wildlife Foundation's, Stewards of the Wild, has led us to provide this informational two part series. One of our owners and Executive Chef Brian presents the breakdown of an entire Hog, born and raised on our Farm, in this second class. This Hog Breakdown will be approximately 1.5 hours, followed by the cooking and serving of this meal.
This tickets includes: the informational breakdown of an entire Hog and the meal served from this Hog. The Breakdown will be held from 3:30-5pm and the dinner will be from 5-6pm.
